Suggestion Box
We recognize and encourage the
contribution that everyone makes to the ongoing growth and development of our
agency. We believe it is very important that there are easily accessible
opportunities that can be utilized by community members, the people we support
and our employees to make suggestions for improvement and change. Therefore, we
have created the Suggestion Box in order that all those who are impacted by
Community Living Stratford & Area can contribute constructive suggestions for
change that will further the vision of Community Living Stratford & Area. It is
desirable that suggestions are in keeping with the mission and statement of
beliefs of our agency. Suggestions can be about any aspect of the agency and
its direction however, issues related to human resources or personnel concerns
will not be considered.
Any individual or group of people can
make a suggestion. Suggestions can come from people supported by the agency,
their family and friends, our community partners, employees of Community Living
Stratford & Area and the Stratford community.
On a monthly basis the suggestions will
be viewed by the Community Action Network committee (an impartial committee with
representation from the agency, the people we support and the community). The
chairperson will view the suggestions prior to forwarding them to the Community
Action Network committee. Once reviewed, the committee will contact the
submitter regarding any feedback. The Community Action Network committee will
not be making decisions or implementing the “suggestion” but instead will be
reviewing and making recommendations. Those who submit will be encouraged to be
involved in the development of the initiative. It is our hope that new
initiatives will be a shared accomplishment.

. It is important that you identify yourself so that we are able to involve you
in the development of your initiative.
